UNDISPUTED MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS

The Boxing program at Undisputed Martial Arts is unique, practical and is offered in an exciting and physically demanding format. Our classes incorporate a substantial amount of impact training through mitt work that help develop accuracy, timing and speed. These fun and physically challenging classes also concentrate greatly on the importance of footwork and head movement. Boxing is an extremely technical sport in which, punching mechanics are derived from the use of the entire body. An hour long full body workout is the result of the culmination of striking focus mitts, resistance exercises and both aerobic and anaerobic training.
