One of the unique aspects of our conditioning program is our extensive use of kettlebells. In order to bring fighters to their optimal level, Coach Archie puts his students on a kettlebell training regimen. This has resulted in his athletes achieving significant body transformations and strength gains in an impressively short amount of time. Naturally, these results can be extended to non-fighters alike.
Kettlebell training involves compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, and consequently develops strength and muscular endurance throughout the entire body. Unlike traditional bodybuilding exercises that seek to isolate individual muscle groups, Kettlebell training requires coordinating the entire body which dramatically increases caloric expenditure and raises metabolism while increasing strength, resulting in a sculpted physique. Also, because of the offset balance of a kettlebell, all exercises inherently target the abdominal muscles and the lower back. Deep muscle tissues are targeted, which can eradicate joint problems in areas such as the knees, back and shoulders.
