Muay Thai Kickboxing is widely known as the Art of Eight Limbs. Originating in Thailand, it utilizes punches, kicks, elbows and knees for striking, thus creating unique and effective ways to mount attacks and techniques to defend. It is a combat sport of it’s own and has also become one of the cornerstones to the “stand-up” aspect of Mixed Martial Arts.
Our Muay Thai program is designed to teach basic to advanced level students all of the pertinent skills to prepare them for success in the combat sports arenas. Due to it’s highly explosive striking techniques, it also offers fitness enthusiasts a workout like no other. Combining plyometric, aerobic and muscular endurance conditioning, a shredded and sculpted physique is the usual result, especially when paired with any of our conditioning classes.
You don’t have to be a competitive athlete to look like one, but why not also gain their technical prowess.

Muay Thai Classes Include
A warm up skip, technical padwork training, sometimes light contact drills, sparring and aerobic exercises.
Muay Thai Class Length: 60 mins & 90 mins.

Muay Thai Benefits
