UNDISPUTED MARTIAL ARTS & FITNESS

Our wrestling & grappling program develops techniques used in ground fighting from various martial arts and sports such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), Judo and Wrestling. It focuses on the use of technical skill and not on one’s strength attributes. Many of the techniques taught can be used by a smaller person to overcome the advantages of a much larger individual. It is a game of inches, wherein leverage, balance and positioning all play into the success of the martial artist.

Each Class Focuses on

Individual submissions putting them into the context of a MMA match. These scenarios are drilled amongst the students under the guidance of the instructor. Classes normally conclude in a “rolling” session, in which students get to safely try out their acquired skills in a practical manner.
