Coach Archie Luz Boxing Toronto Undisputed MMAArchie Luz is the head instructor/coach of Undisputed Martial Arts & Fitness.

He Is a former 2 time national amateur Boxing champion with over 37 years of experience in Martial Arts and Combat Sports. He is a registered Muay Thai Kru, a Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts coach, and a certified Guro in Kalis Ilustrisimo, a Filipino Martial Art (FMA) that deals with weaponry.

He is the sole representative of Kalis Ilustrisimo in the Ontario region and Eastern Canada under the tutelage of Grandmaster Tony Diego.

He has led his own athletes to win well over 30 Provincial, National and World titles in the sports of Muay Thai Kickboxing, K1, Boxing, MMA and Kali, Arnis, and Eskrima.

Through small group and personal training, he has helped his clients exceed their Martial Arts and Fitness goals. He has also helped address specific client goals such as achieving various instructor’s certification for specific disciplines, pass the physical testing for Police, Fire and Military services, as well as those of special forces units.

He is a certified Use of Force instructor for Law Enforcement Officers, Military and Security Personnel. He has instructed regular and special units of the Canadian Armed Forces, the Ontario Provincial Police, Metro Toronto Police and has certified private security professionals in Use of Force.

Val Ostanov Best BJJ, Submission Wrestling TorontoProfessor Val Ostanov is Undisputed Martial Arts’ head Grappling instructor. He has achieved a 1st degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and is renowned as a world class Wrestling coach.

Being a former member of the Russian (USSR) national team, he has over 30 years of experience in competition and coaching in both Freestyle AND Greco-Roman Wrestling disciplines. He has led many of his students to provincial, national and world titles in combat sports such as wrestling, BJJ (Gi and No-Gi), and MMA.

He has earned his 1st Degree Black Belt in BJJ through the equally renowned Professor Marco Costa of the Body of Four BJJ barra.

He is a two time Silver medalist at the IBJJF No-Gi World Championships.

He is also a combat and sport Sambo expert, having trained in the former Soviet military.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Val has over 15 years of experience in the areas of nutrition, health and personal development and is the author of three books on these topics. He has been instrumental in helping his students and personal clients with proper weight loss, strength development and overcoming illness through his expert approach to effective nutrition. Val is an active vegan athlete.

Val is also a registered acupuncturist.

Lita Mae Button Boxing TorontoLita “Badass” Button has been in competitive sports most of her life. At 12 years old, she was a National level competitive swimmer for 5 years. Then at 18 she began North American Kickboxing, which lasted 3 years. This allowed her to experience a few fights and a taste of what its like to compete in a combat sport.  Then at 23 yrs old she became a sole support mother, to her son Kiya.  At 25 yrs old she sought out an outlet to help her effectively deal with the emotional issues associated with raising a child with a blood disorder. She then began training in  Olympic Style Boxing.

Within 11 years, she had competed in 45 Amateur Fights and has gone 1-1 as a Professional Boxer. She has also successfully competed in numerous types of athletic events.  During this time she had also earned her degree as a Registered Nurse, while  completing a number of Fitness Certifications allowing her to fully understand  the physical and nutritional needs that is involved in the creation of a potent athlete.

With all of these achievements under her belt and the fulfillment of her personal goals, Lita has dedicated her life to the sport of Boxing and to helping empower women to be the healthiest, happiest and strongest version of themselves.
